Invite a regular band member
An Owner or delegated Admin starts from the band roster and completes the member and invitation details requested in SetToGig. Add role information where it is known, then send or share the invitation through the available option.
How an invitation reaches the right person
When a musician has a matching verified SetToGig account, their invitation can appear in the app. Copy Invite is available as a sharing fallback when you need to send the invitation yourself.
Do not post an invitation publicly. Share it only with the person you intend to invite.
Join a band from an invitation
- Open the invitation in SetToGig.
- Sign in or create an account using the email address that received the invitation.
- Verify that account email if SetToGig asks you to do so.
- Review the invitation and choose Accept Invite.
Having an invitation does not by itself grant access. The matching verified account is required before the invitation can be accepted.
If an invitation cannot be used
SetToGig can show that an invitation is invalid, expired, revoked, already used, or no longer available. Ask the band Owner or delegated Admin to check the roster and send a current invitation if appropriate.
Troubleshooting
Use the same verified email address that received the invitation. If you are signed in to a different account, sign out and use the intended account before trying again.
