Scheduling & availability

Schedule gigs and rehearsals

Schedule brings your band’s events together so you can review dates, details, lineups, and responses in one place.

Use Month and Agenda views

Open Schedule to switch between Month and Agenda views. Month helps you scan dates quickly; Agenda lists upcoming events by date.

Use the band filter to view All Bands or focus on one band. Choose the band you manage before starting a new event.

Create a Gig or Rehearsal

  1. Open Schedule and choose a band you manage.
  2. Start a new event and choose Gig or Rehearsal.
  3. Add the date and the details you need, such as venue, address, times, and notes.
  4. Create the event and review its lineup.

SetToGig detects the device timezone when an event is created and preserves it during later editing. It is not an editable event field.

Review details and the lineup

Gigs and rehearsals can include a name, date, venue, address, timing, and notes. When an end time falls on the following day, SetToGig shows that cross-midnight timing in the event display. Owners and delegated Admins can edit supported active events and review the lineup.

Archive a Gig or Rehearsal

SetToGig archives events; it does not provide a permanent event-deletion workflow. Owners and delegated Admins can archive a Gig or Rehearsal from its event view. Archived events are removed from normal schedule views while their history and related records are preserved.

Troubleshooting

If you cannot start a new event, choose a band you manage in the Schedule filter. If an event cannot be edited, check its current status and whether it has already been archived.
